They messed us up and they turned our lives around... and Boyzone are set to make an epic return!
Though fans will have their heart set on getting their hands on tickets to a reunion tour or listening to new music, Ronan Keating appears to have confirmed a documentary about the boyband is on the way.
Boyzone, created in the 90s by Louis Walsh, comprised of Ronan and his bandmates Shane Lynch, Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Stephen Gately.

Sadly, Stephen passed away in October 2009 from an undetected heart condition and Ronan has revealed this new Boyzone project will be in his honour.
Speaking to RSVP magazine, the dad-of-five said: 'We’re working on something at the moment, I was with Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy last month. It’s not a performance, but we’re working on something.'

When asked if it was a documentary, Ronan coyly smiled and admitted that whatever the project coming at the end of the year is, it's a 'very big deal for us after 31 years together'.
The singer admitted that the band 'don't know if anyone wants it,' but that it's been created for 'anyone that wants it'.

Ronan continued: 'It’s been therapeutic looking back on the last three decades and it’s been emotional looking at Stephen Gately’s passing and even when he was outed as being gay by a newspaper. I think it’s going to be quite powerful.'
At the beginning of the month, Ronan reunited with his best pals and Boyzone bandmates Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy for a pint in the sunshine.

Ronan was comforted by his pals on what was an emotional morning for him, after saying goodbye to his Magic Radio Breakfast Show, signing off for the last time after seven years at the show's helm.
Mikey Graham was notably missing from the snap but we're sure the lads have caught up with him in recent times. We can't wait to see what the guys have up their sleeves!
