Liam Payne's heartbroken girlfriend Kate Cassidy looked somber as she arrived at his funeral wearing a black fur-collared coat and sunglasses on Wednesday.
The former One Direction star's private funeral is taking place in the Home Counties of the UK on November 20, with a host of A-listers attending including his former band-mates and his ex Cheryl.
Kate, 25, who dated the singer for two years up until his death, arrived at the church wearing a long black dress under her coat alongside her friend Damian Hurley, 22, who is the son of actress Liz Hurley.

According to MailOnline, the funeral service began at 1pm on Wednesday and a choir and musicians will perform at the funeral.
Liam was just 31 years old when he tragically fell to his death from the third floor of Casa Sur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16, just days after Kate flew back to the US.

The couple had been holidaying together in South America and she left him in Argentina to fly back to Florida just two days before his death.
They had originally flown to Buenos Aires to watch Liam's former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan's concert as he renewed his US visa and Kate revealed in a TikTok video she had originally planned to stay in Argentina for just 'five days' but ended up staying for two weeks.

At the time she said she was 'so ready to leave', adding: 'I was just like, I need to go home.'

Kate and Liam met while she was waitressing at a bar in Charleston, South Carolina, and he asked her for her number. They were first spotted together as a couple on Halloween in 2022 when they chose the ultimate couple's costumes: Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson.

Although she didn't share many pictures on Instagram during their relationship, Kate shared a host of new pictures a week after Liam's death and revealed they had plans to get married.

Kate wrote in her statement: 'A few weeks ago we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our life together. I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it. It said, 'Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever.'
'Liam, I know we'll be together forever, but not in the way we had planned. You'll always be with me. I've gained a guardian angel.'

Fellow mourners at the funeral included all four of Liam's One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik.
Meanwhile, Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberly Walsh were there to support her and other stars including Robbie Keane, James Corden, and Marvin and Rochelle Humes, gathered to pay their respects to their late friend during the private send-off.

After mourners entered the church, Liam's coffin arrived driven in a horse-drawn carriage. A source told The Sun: 'His family have gone to great lengths to put together the perfect service and give him the send off he deserves.'

The hearse carried wreaths on top with the words 'son' and 'daddy' written in flowers. Another of the floral displays shows bowling pins and a ball, which is nod to Liam's love of bowling. His black coffin with simple white roses on top was carried into the church by pallbearers.
