Spencer Matthews blew everyone away with his 30 marathons in 30 days over the summer but he’s not resting on his laurels.
While many would take time off after achieving such a feat, Spencer is already looking to the next challenge - and it’s going to be even tougher.
Sharing his plans for 2025, Spencer, who is married to Vogue Williams, said his next project will be ‘exhausting on every level’ and really push him.

Revealing that his next world record attempt will be completing seven Ironmans on seven continents, Spencer said: ‘This challenge will see me embark on a journey around the world in an attempt to become the fastest person ever to complete a full Ironman distance triathlon on all 7 continents.
‘Our travels will take us to Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and finally… Antarctica - inhospitable, treacherous and very dangerous. She will be the jewel in the crown!’
He added: ‘With the Great Desert Challenge (30 marathons in 30 days) we had the benefit of a solid, repeatable, winning routine.
'This new challenge is a logistical, psychological, and physical nightmare, exhausting on every level.’
An Ironman sees competitors complete a 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride, and 42.2km run which is a full marathon.
Spencer was inundated with support, with many people saying they know he'll be able to complete the challenge and secure another world record.

To achieve his next goal, Spencer will have to focus on his swimming and cycling skills.
He told The Chris Evans Breakfast Show: 'I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of doing an Ironman. Many see it as a pinnacle of athleticism – I’ve done a half a few years ago, and I really loved it.'
Spencer will be followed by a TV crew for his Seven In Seven challenge, so we'll get to see his journey as well. Some feat!
